The Skin Perfection range from L’Oreal is aimed at us lovely ladies in our 20s and 30s to tackle all of skins little imperfections. Skin Perfection is all about improving skins quality, refining texture, tightening pores and evening out the skin tone. I’ve been using the products for a few weeks now and I have to say, I’ve been really impressed with the results so I thought it was time I reviewed them.

I reviewed this not too long ago so I won’t go over it again but you can read the full individual review here.

L’Oreal Skin Perfection Day Moisturiser.
RRP: £14.99.

This is a great moisturiser for combination skin, although the cream itself looks and feels quite thick to touch, it is incredibly lightweight and non-greasy when it’s been massaged in to your skin. I apply every morning (and evening for that matter) and it provides amazing hydration to my skin all day/night without leaving creating any excess oil. It settles in to a nice matte finish. I’m not overly fussed on the smell of the moisturiser but I can certainly overlook it because of the results. It is non-comedogenic formula and you only need a really small amount to cover your entire face. The best part is that it hasn’t caused any breakouts. I also really love the little glass tub that houses the moisturiser with the white and pink colour scheme. It’s very pretty.

L’Oreal Skin Perfection Advanced Correcting Serum.
RRP: £16.99.

Now this product, I love. Again I’m not overly fond of the smell but similarly to the moisturiser, it is a small issue that can be overlooked. I use this serum day and night after I’ve used the moisturiser which is exactly how it is meant to be applied. I simply pump the product on to my fingers (approx two pumps) and massage in to the skin in circular motions. It penetrates under the skins epidermis layers to help the skin look healthier and clearer and it certainly does exactly that. I think I can honestly say that my skin has never looked better. It provides a nice matte finish, it’s extremely lightweight and my pores look minimised. My skin feels like velvet and looks luminous. This serum gets the big thumbs up from me.

L’Oreal Skin Perfection Awakening Eye Cream.
RRP: £12.99.

Being up for work at the crack of dawn every day (well, Monday – Friday) means that I have to tackle some major tiny tired eyes every morning. I was happy to see that the Skin Perfection range had an eye cream and a tinted one at that. You just gently massage the cream around the eye contours from the outer to the inner corner to reduce dark circle, fine lines and get rid of those god awful bags meaning you have fresher and brighter looking eyes. It is a universal coloured tint which means the one colour fits all. It isn’t thick or cake like and sits nicely under the eyes. It is quite creamy in texture which is different to the normal eye creams that I’m used to which are more gel based. This applied really well and the tint certainly helped illuminate my tired eyes. It made a lovely base for my under eye concealer – every little helps, right?

L’Oreal Skin Perfection Magic Touch Instant Blur.
RRP: £12.99.

This stuff makes an awesome primer and base for your make up. It blurs the appearance of shine and pores to provide a soft focus finish. It enhances your natural skin tone to make it look and feel flawless. I prefer to apply this cream (if you can call it that) on to my face after I’ve used my primer to the more problematic areas of my face where I tend to get the most shine throughout the day – t-zone, cheeks, nose. It is a weird thick wax like gel that is non-comedogenic meaning it doesn’t block the pores. It literally melts in to the skin creating a velvet smooth canvas for my make up to sit on top of. The only thing I would recommend in regards to this product is that L’Oreal introduce a bigger tube – maybe 30ml? Pretty please! It’s awesome!

L’Oreal Skin Perfection 15 Second Miracle Cleansing Oil.
RRP: £7.99.

I’m saving the best until last… This miracle cleansing oil is a miracle and it works just as good, if not better than a lot of the high end brands like Shu Uemura (and their cleansing oil is damn good) but for a fraction of the price. This cleansing oil dissolves all impurities and traces of make up in a heartbeat – it’s fabulous. It didn’t irritate my skin is the slightest and it tackles waterproof make up incredibly well with the smallest amount of effort. You simply squirt two or three pumps of the oil on your fingers and rub in to dry skin and then rinse off with warm water and dry with a muslin cloth. I like to use this after I’ve used the micellar solution to ensure optimum cleansing. It doesn’t strip your skin of essential oils and it works like a dream. I can’t rave about this stuff enough.
